About the Role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to join our Noida team. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels to drive growth and maximize ROI. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Display, YouTube, etc.).

• Optimize campaigns to achieve CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV targets.

• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.

• Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports with actionable insights.

• Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives.

• Manage budgets efficiently and allocate spend across channels for maximum ROI.

• Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 2–5 years of experience in performance/digital marketing.

• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.

• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting tools.

• Familiarity with SEO, email, or affiliate marketing is a plus.

• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple campaigns.
