How Much Does B2B Marketing Cost?

B2B marketing is usually priced as a monthly retainer against a defined scope, with the range set by how much of the system you need built.

Most B2B marketing engagements are priced as a monthly retainer against a defined scope, not by the hour. The range depends on how much of the acquisition system you need built: a single capability such as SEO or paid media sits at the lower end, while a connected programme spanning positioning, content, campaigns and marketing automation sits higher.

What actually moves the number

Three things drive cost more than anything else, and all three are within your control:

  • Scope. Running one channel well costs a fraction of building the system that connects several. Most of the value — and most of the cost — sits in the connective work.
  • Starting point. A business with clear positioning, usable data and a working CRM needs far less foundational work than one starting from scattered tools and an unclear story.
  • Pace. Compressing twelve months of work into six does not halve the timeline for free; it raises the monthly commitment.

Why we do not publish a price list

A fixed package price only works when every client needs the same thing, and in B2B they do not. A manufacturer with a dealer network and an eighteen-month buying cycle needs a different system from a SaaS business selling to a product team in six weeks. Quoting before understanding which of those you are would be guesswork dressed as a number.

What we can do quickly is tell you what the work should cost for your situation. A discovery call is enough to scope it honestly, and we would rather tell you the budget is wrong for the ambition than take the engagement and underdeliver.
